Insert Pages
Insert another PDF's pages into a document at a specific position — at the beginning, end, or after a page. Your files never leave your device.
Pick the PDF to insert INTO, the PDF to insert, and where. A copy of the inserted pages is spliced in at the chosen position.
Insert Pages splices another PDF into an existing document at the position you choose — at the beginning, at the end, or after a specific page. Both files are opened locally in a Web Worker with pdf-lib, so neither document is uploaded. The host PDF keeps its other pages unchanged, and every page from the inserted PDF is copied in order.
How it works
How to use Insert Pages
- 1Choose the host PDF. Drop the PDF you want to insert into. This document keeps its existing pages and order.
- 2Add the PDF to insert. Drop a second PDF. All of its pages are copied into the host document.
- 3Pick the position. Insert at the beginning, at the end, or after a specific 1-based page number.
- 4Run and download. The merged document is rebuilt locally and offered as a download.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are both PDFs uploaded?
No. Both documents are read in your browser and processed in a Web Worker. Neither file leaves your device.
Can I insert more than one page?
Yes. Every page of the second PDF is inserted in order. To insert only some pages, extract them first with Extract Pages, then insert that smaller PDF.
What does “after page N” mean?
Page numbers are 1-based. Choosing “after page 3” places the inserted pages between the host's page 3 and page 4.
Will the inserted pages keep their size and rotation?
Yes. Each page keeps its own media box and rotation; the host pages are not resized or rotated.
